Alva Hotel Brautarholt Reykjavik

Loved this hotel, had 4 good days here. We had twin/double room with central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing table. The staff was caring & accommodating. Check in was good.

I loved the hotel, it had perfect staff and rooms. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, toast and cheese. The room was very comfy, very comfy bed.

Very good location and staff, liked our stay in the hotel. Booked a room with adjustable heater.

Had a relaxing stay on our next visit and would stay here again.

Comfy beds, an electronic key card, multi-channel television and ironing facilities where a nice touch. Positioned in the downtown area. The restaurant was excellant and offered excellent dishes.

Modest place with fairly friendly staff, everything was nice. Brand-new room and friendly communication with the staff. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Liked the hotel, it is little and fairly clean, has best possible location close to centre.

Unique, neat hotel in vibrant area...

Everything was outstanding! Breakfast was tasty, location was ideal, staff was knowledgeable. Just 15 minutes walking to the heart of the city. English bar was relaxing and reasonably priced. It was great to have wireless in the lobby.

Nothing too much trouble, I had a really lovely stay and will be back. Food was good, staff was pleasant. The room was pretty nice and with nice beds. Hot drinks and boiled eggs, toast, yoghourt and fruit. Perfect location - 10 minutes walk from bus station.

The hotel property was hip new with easy location really close to the city center, the old port and shopping street and lauvegar, and all other attraction.

The hotel was fairly clean and offered good prices. Polite staff was willing to help, thanks for everything. Lots of food at packed breakfast including yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs, toast and cheese to order.

Booked it for 1 day and had a great experience. Room was immaculate, the bed was extremely comfy, breakfast was incredibly nice. The staff were all very polite, excellent service. The cost was usd 188.

We were met by decent, thorough personnel. Got buffet breakfast with coffee and honey, as example. Location so close to main shopping street and the center.

The property was fancy and we had a memorable stay. Breakfast was delightful and rooms where great. Loved free tea, climate control and TV in the room. It was good to have free hot drinks in the outdoor bar.

Delightful views, comfy location. Rooms were bright and functional, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Tasty food including toast and cereal at the breakfast.

The staff was incredibly kind and the breakfast was fine!

A gorgeous place to stay when in Reykjavik. Spacious bedrooms and amazing pool. The interior was fresh, included comfortable furniture. Quick check in and late check out.

Normal rooms, cute little hotel. Bfast staff so absolutely excellent. Our room had a soft bed and a beautiful view. Toast and cereal were a nice touch. The service was outstanding, always with a smile.

The stay was awesome. This hotel was quaint, I liked its immaculate rooms and staff. Restaurant in property was GREAT and the pool area was heated. Besides, it had very good internet, handy to surf the net. Went to Quest Saloon for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

I loved hotel's beautiful lobby. Staff were happy to help and overall they are absolutely lovely people. I stayed in fashioned, luxury room. Lovely and appetising food. And I was right in city centre.

Helpful bkfast staff, spotless and well appointed room. Big suite and really comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast, efficient service. Satisfactory location to reykjavik domestic airport. The facilities were adequate and easy to use.

Only 10 min walk to downtown. We where in a budget double room with climate control, ironing facilities and a work desk. Furthermore, there is a free parking: D

The breakfast we ordered was very limited.

We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose 22 hill.

we greatly enjoyed 22 hill from the moment we entered. even the reykjavik airport was not so far.
